1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing our website, enrolling in a membership, or using our coaching and educational services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the additional policies linked during checkout. You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter a legally binding contract. Medical pathways are available only where permitted by law and where an appropriately licensed provider is available.
2. Nature of our services
BioCoach CJ provides non-clinical wellness coaching, general education, digital materials, and membership administration. Independent licensed healthcare professionals — not BioCoach CJ or its coaches — make all medical assessments, diagnoses, prescribing decisions, treatment plans, and follow-up medical judgments. Licensed pharmacies, not BioCoach CJ, compound or dispense prescribed medications. Individual provider, pharmacy, and telehealth terms may also apply.
3. Accuracy; no treatment guarantee
We work to keep website information accurate, but educational content is general and may change. We do not guarantee specific health results, provider eligibility, prescription approval, product availability, or uninterrupted third-party services. Information in a members-only catalog is educational; it is not a physician recommendation or an offer to dispense medication without a prescription.
4. Your account and permitted use
Keep your account information accurate and safeguard your login. Membership access is personal and nontransferable. Do not share credentials, scrape or resell content, impersonate a clinician, misuse scheduling, or harass staff or other members. Contact us promptly if you believe your account was compromised.
5. Purchases, access and third parties
Purchases follow the pricing, fixed term, checkout acknowledgment, and Refund & Cancellation Policy presented at purchase. PayPal processes membership payments. Independent provider and pharmacy services are governed by their respective terms, privacy practices, licensing obligations, and consent forms. We may suspend access for fraud, serious misuse, safety issues, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law.
6. Changes and availability
We may prospectively update content, offerings, prices, and these Terms. Material changes that affect an active, prepaid membership will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and the terms accepted at purchase; we will not impose a new recurring charge without appropriate authorization. When a material purchased service becomes unavailable, we will provide the remedy required by law and the applicable purchase terms.
7. Intellectual property and legal rights
Website designs, videos, worksheets, logos, and course materials are owned by BioCoach CJ or licensed to it. Your purchase provides limited personal access during your paid term, not ownership or redistribution rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioCoach CJ disclaims warranties not expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
