Membership, Payment & Term Policy

1. Month-to-month vs. contract memberships
The $9.99 Essential plan is available on a month-to-month basis with no minimum commitment. All other membership tiers ($14.99, $19.99, $149.00, and $299.00 per month) require a minimum contract of 3, 6, 9, or 12 consecutive months, selected at the time of enrollment. The contracted term and total payment obligation are disclosed before payment is authorized.
2. Installment billing
Contract memberships are billed in monthly installments equal to the plan's monthly price for each month of the selected term. Installments are charged through PayPal on a recurring monthly schedule beginning on the enrollment date. Selecting a contract term does not reduce the per-installment amount unless a term discount applies.
3. Term discounts
Members who select a 9-month contract receive a 10% discount applied to each monthly installment. Members who select a 12-month contract receive a 15% discount applied to each monthly installment. The 3- and 6-month contract options are billed at the standard monthly rate with no term discount. Discounts apply to membership dues only and do not reduce separate charges for medication, pharmacy, laboratory, medical services, courses, or appointments.
4. Cancellation and remaining obligations
Early cancellation of a contract membership does not eliminate the member's obligation to pay the remaining monthly installments due under the contracted term. If a member cancels before the end of their contract, BioCoach CJ may continue to charge the remaining installments in accordance with the agreement accepted at enrollment, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Members are encouraged to review their full contract obligation before enrolling in a term plan.
5. No automatic renewal
Memberships do not automatically renew at the end of the contracted or monthly term. When the purchased term expires, paid access ends unless the member independently enrolls in a new term. No additional membership charge will be initiated without a new, affirmative authorization from the member.
6. Nonrefundable payments
All membership payments are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. This includes installments already collected under a contract membership. See our Refunds & Cancellations Policy for the full refund terms, including legally mandated exceptions and procedures for service failures.
7. Billing support
For a payment or access issue, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the email associated with your account, the PayPal transaction ID, and the date of purchase. Do not email sensitive health records or payment credentials.
