1. Scope of coaching
BioCoach CJ coaching and wellness education can include general goal-setting, habit-building, lifestyle discussion, accountability, and educational resources appropriate to the purchased tier. Coaches do not act as physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, therapists, registered dietitians, or other licensed healthcare professionals unless separately identified as such and operating within their professional scope.
2. No medical treatment by coaching staff
Coaching cannot diagnose, treat or prevent disease, order prescription drugs, select prescription doses, interpret laboratory results as medical advice, or replace individualized care. A referral or suggestion to speak with a clinician is not a prescription or endorsement of a particular medicine.
3. Appointments, messaging and response times
[ADD EXACT TIER BENEFITS] For each plan, publish the number and length of coaching sessions, the permitted communication methods, booking windows, staff hours and response expectations. No coaching availability, instant response, or concierge service should be advertised unless it can actually be delivered. [ADD RESCHEDULING / NO-SHOW RULE] before taking payment for appointments.
4. Educational courses and digital materials
Educational content is licensed for the enrolled member's individual use during the active term, unless an individual course states otherwise. Members may not record, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit proprietary content without written permission. Courses are informational and do not confer clinical credentials or authorize medical practice.
5. Results and personal responsibility
Individual experiences vary. No particular weight, appearance, performance, laboratory value, disease-related improvement, or financial outcome is guaranteed. Members are responsible for discussing medical changes with their licensed healthcare professionals and accurately disclosing relevant information to clinicians through appropriate secure channels.
6. Professional boundaries
We may discontinue a coaching interaction or restrict access for harassment, abuse, falsification of identity, or unsafe requests, subject to applicable law and the membership agreement. Staff may redirect medical questions to an appropriate clinician.
